Seamlessly merging brand management, communication strategies, and the creation of graphics, photography and videos, all designed to complement the institution’s rich heritage. We focus on event coordination, notably orchestrating the institution’s 75th-anniversary celebrations.

Showcasing the very best through photography

Presenting an eye-catching image of the institution through photographs that convey more than a long speech, revealing the action, the precise and professional work carried out by our colleagues and their passion for preserving our heritage.

Photography at the heart of communication

The institution is featured on the cover with eye-catching photographs, as in the Belgian Federal Science Policy magazine issue.

Communicating clearly

To maintain consistency, all publications follow the existing graphic identity. We focus on what makes the institute strong: its people, expertise, and vision for the future.

We created a system for publishing content in three languages, shared by the entire editorial team within the Communication unit. We enabled our experts to validate content at the click of a button before publication.

A movie is worth a thousand words.

Using video to introduce the institute’s tools provides a clear overview of how they can be used and showcases the people behind the project. We also produced a documentary film tracing the work of the institute’s employees.

Celebrating 75 years

On its 75th anniversary, KIK-IRPA published a richly illustrated special edition magazine—a 130-page magazine produced in collaboration with IRPA’s publications unit — inviting you to explore the history of the Belgian scientific institute that studies and cares for our artistic heritage.

Adapt to any context.

Combining photos and text in an attractive layout helps visitors better understand restored work in a museum context. Digital panels have also been installed to highlight the work of the restorers and researchers.
